Finally sharing a few pictures from our week in Seattle! ❤️

We had so much fun — Pike Place Market, the Fremont Troll, the Museum of Pop Culture, an electric speedboat ride, baked clams, freeze-dried candy, some REALLY good pastries 😂 and a special steak dinner to celebrate Evan & Rick’s birthdays.

I even got brave and rode the gondola up Crystal Mountain. If you know how I feel about heights, you know that was a BIG deal. 😂 The view of Mt. Rainier was beautiful, I did it, survived it…and I don’t need to ever do it again! 🏔️😂

But the sweetest part was having a whole week with my son. ❤️ Seeing Evan’s life in Seattle, meeting his wonderful friends and finally getting to meet Rebecca made this mama’s heart so happy.

Thank you, Evan & Rebecca, for showing us around, loving on us and being such wonderful hosts. We had the best time! ❤️

And after everything we packed into one week…I think I need a vacation from my vacation. 😂😉

So thankful for family, time together and the sweet memories God gives us along the way. My heart is full. ❤️🙏

One of the biggest stories in the housing market these past few years has been how much the supply of homes for sale has grown. It’s the #1 bright spot for buyers in this market.

But you may have heard that growth has been slowing down.

It’s true it went from +31% a year ago to just +2% now. But that’s no reason to worry about your move.

Because nationally, inventory has been up year-over-year for 33 straight months. And the latest data shows the slowdown may have already hit its floor.

Plus, since rates aren't expected to come down much anytime soon, inventory growth may be about to pick back up.

The bottom line? Inventory is still better than it was last year – and that gives you options. And even more choices may be coming soon.
