Never in my 8 years of real estate have I had to do a closing at a hospital… but sometimes life calls, and you go where your client needs you. ❤️

Today, we got it done! I’m so grateful I could be there for my client and help get them across the finish line, even if that finish line happened to be in a hospital room. 🏡✨

Real estate isn’t always about the house. It’s about the people, the circumstances, and being there when it matters most.

13 families. 3 months. 5.5 million. Every one of them with incredible stories. God gets all the glory. This wouldn’t have happened without him.

April, May, June brought 5.5 million in closed volume but all I can think about is the number 13.

Every transaction represents more than a number—it’s a family starting a new chapter, a dream realized, or a goal accomplished. One of the best parts of this transaction was successfully negotiating terms that allowed us to move forward without having to make any repairs. It’s a great reminder that every deal is different, and strong negotiation can make a huge difference for my clients.

Congrats to my amazing Seller. This young lady has heart and hustle. I just closed on this listing in York County. It was a long ride prepping, but we got it done. Under contract in a weekend. Wishing my seller all the best as she begins her next chapter. Glad to always make a friend. And very thankful to my fellow Enterprise co-worker from many years ago for referring me to her.
