Although in July, home sales were down slightly, the Median sale price was UP in Central Indiana (Indianapolis & the surrounding areas) We have PLENTY of Buyers available, the problem has been not enough listings on the market - HOWEVER you'll note here inventory of listings INCREASED in July (great news!)
