💙 Feeling valued is my currency. 💙

It’s what fuels me, motivates me, and keeps me going in this wild world of real estate. Lately, a few of my clients have taken the time to express their appreciation—not just for what I do, but for the time and energy I put into it.
💬 “We know you’re busy and we don’t want to waste your time.”
💬 “Thank you for making the trip out here for this.”
💬 “No need to answer me now. Enjoy your weekend!”
💬 “Thank you for all your time and effort... you’ve been nothing but amazing.”
💬 “You deserve this gift.”

This job is... different. Unlike most careers, we put in hours, days, or even months of work—without knowing if we’ll get paid. And because so much of what we do happens behind the scenes, it’s easy to misunderstand what goes into it.
For example, people often think realtors are “just opening doors,” but so much more happens before and after a showing—researching market data, coordinating schedules, assessing potential issues, and strategizing next steps. Or sometimes, people reach out for advice on pricing, staging, or negotiation, only to list or buy with another agent, sometimes a friend or relative, without considering the work we’ve already put in.

But today, I’m not here to dwell on the challenges (and I’m aware every job has it’s own challenges)—I’m here to celebrate the people who see. The ones who recognize the effort. The ones who think about my time and make me feel valued.

You’re the part of this job I love. ❤️
