Robshaw Property Group is growing its Airbnb & Short-Term Rental division and we’re looking for a driven, sales-focused person to help us grow our portfolio across Cape Town.

Your role is simple: find property owners who want to earn income from short-term rentals and bring their properties onto the Robshaw platform.

You’ll focus on sales and new business — our dedicated operations team takes care of the ongoing property management, bookings and guest services.

What you’ll do:
• Prospect for new Airbnb and short-term rental properties
• Meet and build relationships with property owners
• Present Robshaw’s hosting and management service
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into new business
• Build your own pipeline and portfolio of properties

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Confident, proactive and good with people
• Strong at sales, negotiation and follow-up
• Comfortable prospecting and generating new business
• Professional and self-motivated
• Interested in property, hospitality or short-term rentals

Previous sales, property, hospitality or Airbnb experience is advantageous, but not essential. You’ll need your own vehicle, driver’s licence and laptop.
