Three recent sales, each telling a slightly different story about the Cape Town market.

Garton Road in Rondebosch sold for R13.3 million, Buchanan Road in Claremont sold for R5.1 million after being listed at R4.3 million, and our St Catherine Road property in Plumstead sold for R6.98 million.
