Jon’s logistics client needed a very specific yard for their expanding fleet, but the right location simply didn’t exist in the area. Instead of waiting around for the market to change, Jon manufactured a solution from scratch.

He identified an off-market vacant plot, then brought together the land seller, a developer, and the client to structure a powerhouse alignment. The developer bought the land specifically to transform it into the yard the client required.
