Six years, three organs of state and one landmark victory for community schemes.

After more than a decade of flooding, eroding riverbanks and government departments pointing fingers at each other, the Johannesburg High Court has ordered the Mogale City Local Municipality, the City of Johannesburg and the Johannesburg Roads Agency to jointly repair the failing infrastructure.
