At Reynard Agencies, we care deeply about the communities we manage and the trust placed in us.

We are aware of the recent media coverage and understand that it may have caused concern. This situation has been incredibly difficult and deeply upsetting for our team, and we have taken it very seriously.

Appropriate action was taken as soon as the matter came to light, and we can confirm that the affected schemes have been fully reimbursed by our company.

As the matter is still ongoing, we are limited in what we can share at this stage.

Insurance Excess in Sectional Title

When you claim from the Body Corporate’s insurance, an excess applies.

✅ Owner pays if the damage is inside your unit (like a geyser).
🏢 Body Corporate pays if the damage is to common property (like the roof).

📑 Always check your scheme’s policy, excess amounts and rules can differ.
