Reynard Agencies started as Managing Agents in 1984 when the founder, Les Reynard, took over the management of the complex he was living in which we still manage today. Les has had over 40 articles published in the local newspapers on Sectional Title and Sectional Title living. Property24.com previously used Les to answer the Sectional Title questions they got from their website. These answers wer

e later published in the Kulula Flight Magazine. Heather, Les’ wife has been with the business since 1985, and in June, they celebrate their 38th wedding anniversary. The eldest daughter Hilda also works for the company. Hilda was acting CEO, but has now taken over as Director. Les Reynard officially retired in 2023 and Heather will be retiring later in the year! We take pride in the Schemes we manage, and you can be assured we will manage your complex the same way we have managed the others, some of which we have managed for over 30 years!
