READY, SET, SWIM! ROBERTSON POOL IS OPEN
The sun is out, the weather is warming up, and the Robertson Swimming Pool is ready for another summer! Located in Dirkie Uys Street, Robertson the pool is the perfect place to cool off, enjoy time with family and friends, or simply spend a relaxing summer day outdoors. There is plenty of grassy space to stretch out, enjoy a picnic, or make use of the designated braai facilities, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The facility includes an Olympic-sized swimming pool that can accommodate +/- 417 swimmers, measuring 50 metres by 25 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 metre at the shallow end to 4 metres at the deep end. There are also two children’s pools, as well as ablution facilities with change rooms and showers.
With space for up to 850 people at the premises, the pool can get busy during the summer season, so visitors are encouraged to arrive early on particularly busy days.
