We're excited to announce that construction has officially commenced on our new apartment building in partnership with Junction Australia.

Located on Todville St in Woodville West, this $26 million development will feature 34 modern apartments across 5 levels, contributing much-needed quality housing to the community.

A big thank you to our partners and the entire team for reaching this major milestone. We look forward to sharing updates as the apartments progress!

We received approval last night at the Port Adelaide Enfield Council Assessment Panel for 128 new waterfront apartments in the beautiful North Haven marina. This project will consist of two buildings and a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with unparalleled views.
