A significant milestone for LP at Melbourne Street, North Adelaide.

Planning approval has now been secured for our mixed-use development at 74–80 Melbourne Street- becoming the first six-level building, and the tallest development, approved on the northern side of Melbourne Street.

Following an extensive planning process, including an ERD appeal, we’re pleased to have achieved an outcome that will allow us to bring this considered project forward.

The development will deliver a collection of residential apartments and ground-floor retail, designed to respond to the evolving character of Melbourne Street and contribute meaningfully to one of Adelaide’s most established inner-city precincts.

This milestone reflects a genuine team effort. We’d like to acknowledge:

Construction is now underway on the new Nando’s development at Reynella, with completion anticipated in Q4 2026.

We’re proud to be partnering with Nando’s to deliver their second drive-through restaurant in South Australia, continuing our relationship with the Nando’s team and bringing another high-quality convenience offering to the local community.

Leyton Property is pleased to be delivering the development in partnership with Bella Build, CPR, Richmond & Ross Engineers and MFY Traffic & Parking Consultants.

We look forward to seeing the project take shape over the coming months and working closely with our project partners to deliver another successful development

Construction continues to gather momentum at the Mount Barker Health Hub, with another productive PCG meeting bringing our project partners together on site.

With completion on track for late 2026, it's exciting to see the vision continuing to take shape through the collaboration of an outstanding team.
A huge thanks to FDC Construction & Fitout, Rider Levett Bucknall RLB, Fore Design, TMK Consulting Engineers, partner pm., CIRQA and our lead tenant partners Jones Radiology, sportsmed and Straight Smile Centre for helping deliver a landmark healthcare destination for the Mount Barker community.
