I recently had an interesting text 😀encounter with a stranger - who sought my expertise to assess her property's rental potential. She had long been unhappy with her PM management experiences. On the day of our meeting she cancelled, as Magnolia Estates is not the least expensive option.
This is true, our Magnolia Estates prices sit firmly in the middle of the range but we continue to offer boutique, personal services, pm & sales - over masses of business, within our value based agency. This is an intentional choice.
The encounter has left me 🤔pondering.
Should people choose an agent based purely on price?
I don’t think so & I am a firm believer, in meeting face to face when choosing an agent because price is only part of the story.
Prices & skills vary & one size will not fit all. A skilled agent understands people & will provide individuals with the service they need. That always our aim 💙🏡💗
I wonder if she will ever find the personal service she desires, at a low price, or if the vicious cycle will continue
