Clover Wood is taking shape 🚜

With Stage 1 nearing completion, roads and footpaths now finished, and landscaping about to commence, the community is really starting to come to life.

Meanwhile, Stage 2 continues to progress, with service installations and retaining walls complete and roadworks well underway.

Last week, we welcomed builders from across Victoria for the official launch of The Orchard in Officer.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the team at Core Property for delivering a fantastic event and for their ongoing partnership.

Last month, Lanser welcomed our partners, industry colleagues and friends for an afternoon centred on partnership, place and the future of South Australia’s growth.

The timing of our Onkaparinga Heights announcement made the afternoon even more meaningful as we look ahead to an important next chapter for Lanser and the communities we help shape.

It was a chance to share more of our story, reflect on more than 25 years of creating communities across South Australia, and recognise the people and partnerships behind that work.

Good communities are never delivered by one organisation alone. They are shaped through thoughtful design, local knowledge and strong collaboration across planning, construction, government, industry and community.

At Lanser, we're proud to support the communities we help create. Alongside Aston Hills and Clover Wood we're excited to support the next generation of local talent as sponsors of the Mount Barker Football Club's Junior Program.

From first kicks to lifelong friendships, junior sport plays an important role in building confidence, teamwork and strong community connections. We're delighted to support a program that gives young players the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive both on and off the field.

There's something special about seeing a community come to life.

As Virginia Grove enters its final stage, we're delighted to see these recently completed Lanser Living Lakehouse Series homes welcoming their first residents.

Overlooking our Central Lake Precinct, these homes enjoy a front-row position to one of the community's defining features - a place designed for connection, recreation and everyday enjoyment.

As we deliver the final stage of the community, we're delighted to welcome these new families and see Virginia Grove continue to grow and thrive.

Exciting progress is underway at Miravale - Angle Vale. 🏡

Construction has officially commenced on our second display village, marking another important milestone in the growth of this thriving community.

With 20 of South Australia’s leading builders set to showcase 33 new home designs, the village will become an exciting new destination for homebuyers exploring their options in Adelaide’s north.

We're delighted to see the first homes now under construction, with Hickinbotham, Statesman Homes, SA Housing Centre and Liberty Homes already on site.

Set to open in April 2027, this new display village is another step forward in bringing the Miravale vision to life, and we look forward to watching it take shape over the months ahead.
