Progress at Otello Unley

It's been a big couple of weeks on site at Otello Unley. Footings have been poured, precast panels are going in, and the tower crane has been installed.

Otello Unley is now over 65% sold, with strong momentum both in market and on-site. We look forward to sharing more progress on-site soon.

Blake Read was Otello's very first employee.

He joined straight out of high school, and has grown alongside the business ever since. Today, he's led the acquisition and delivery of one of our most significant projects to date, One Four Four Hutt.

In this conversation, we talk about how the opportunity came together, why we pursued the site, and what makes it such a special project for Adelaide.

Watching our people grow into leaders is one of the most rewarding parts of building Otello.

With scaffolding coming down, MUSE Bowden begins to reveal its final form — a key milestone in the build and the ongoing transformation of the Bowden Life Precinct.

The facade is now visible for the first time, marking a clear shift in the project's progress. With external works moving towards completion, focus moves to the interior fit-out and finishes across each residence and the hospitality space.
