Yesterday Meriki and Reece had the pleasure of delivering a welcome gift to our new tenants.

For this participant, after 17 years in their previous villa, they had to make the difficult choice to move; leaving behind a familiar place and routine to better meet their needs.

They applied to the home months before the property had even finished construction, and almost a year later they were able to finally make it a home.

One of the most special parts of this move is something simple but meaningful: a proper outdoor space. To make it a little more special, we've gifted them solar lights, table décor, and a gift card to help personalise the home in their own way.

Moments like these are a reminder that housing is about more than bricks and mortar. It’s about comfort, security, and creating spaces where people can genuinely settle in and thrive.
