The founder of the group, Paul Hodkinson, launched with a focus on family values - his own, those of his team members and by extension, the families within the local community. Robert Green joined Aspley as Sales manager in 2011, becoming partner and co-director in late 2018. Angela Duncan has also recently become a shareholder in the Aspley business, an option ultimately open to all qualifying team members and further evidence of the group’s tangible family values.
