Just started on this pool project for an amazing client.

Had a few delays mostly due to weather conditions and other projects being slightly delayed at the start but, it should all be smooth sailing from this point onwards....

This project includes: Pool coping, waterline tile, pool step and complete pool surround to be tiled.

Just about to finish prep with a few amazing products from Patterson tiles.

Laticrete self adhesive joint tape.
Laticrete slurry.
Laticrete lite glue.

New dimensions: 1200mm x 900mm.

Floor tile 600mm x 600mm anti slip with tile insert drain.

HSSS shower screen with sliding door (10mm glass).

Shower screen: AB-glazing.

Tiles: Patterson tiles.

We have come across a few things I have never seen before, including the bathtub drain being a 20mm flexi hose squashed by the besser blocks/ concrete/mortar around it 😑...

Electrical cable around a stud....

Plumbcall installed new tap and hooked up the sink.

Recommended Fennway to finish the electrical at a later stage (cooktop and oven).

Finish: ready for paint and this client is continuing the renovation of their kitchen themselves to save on cost.

Always happy to help out with stages clients are not to sure about how to approach.

Shower setup replaced as the old was leaking and was due for an upgrade.

Shower screen: HSSS 10mm glass purchased from AB-glazing.

Plumber: Plumbcall installed mixer and posh rainhead with handheld.

All tile products purchased from Patterson tiles, including primer, waterproof system, glue, tiles, silicone and grout.

We went over the estimated timeframe due to drying times taking longer. But (as always) came up a treat.

New floor will be installed throughout this residence, including bathrooms.
