Across the broader Hobart market, both house and unit rents rose 7.8% annually to record medians of $625 and $520 per week.

Happy Father’s Day to one very important part of the MIX family, Marc. 🤍

Business partner, husband, Dad and, more recently, the family’s resident photographer.

When he’s not talking property or working hard behind the scenes at MIX, Marc’s favourite role is being Dad and making the most of quality time with his family.

His latest hobby has him behind the camera, capturing everything from our travels to the little family moments in between. And we have to admit, he’s getting pretty good at it!

Today we’re celebrating Marc, and all the dads, stepdads, grandads, father figures and special people who make family life what it is.
