Meet Brandon Yeoh, Director at Sterling Global.

With a background in architecture and more than 25 years of experience across architecture, property and development, Brandon brings a design-led perspective to every stage of the development process.

Since joining Sterling Global when it was founded in 2012, he has played an integral role across the development lifecycle, helping shape projects including Como Terraces in South Yarra and Heyington in Toorak, and now the transformation of 623 Collins, State Bank House.

623 Collins has been awarded Best Apartment Architectural Design at the 2026 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia), recognising the design vision at the heart of this landmark Melbourne project.

Developed by Sterling Global, with architecture Plus Studio, 623 Collins is conceived as a bold reimagining of the site, one that respects its history while creating a distinctly contemporary expression for Collins Street.

The heritage façade of the former State Savings Bank of Victoria forms the project’s architectural foundation, with the new design creating a considered dialogue between past and present. Heritage and contemporary architecture are not treated as opposing ideas, but as complementary layers, a curated contrast that defines the project’s Modern Renaissance vision.

This recognition celebrates the shared design thinking behind 623 Collins - an approach grounded in respect for place, thoughtful architectural response and design intended to endure.

A significant night for Sterling Global at the 2026 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia), with four major honours recognising our projects, our team and our leadership.

Sterling Global was named Best Luxury Developer – Australia and Best Luxury Developer – Victoria.

623 Collins was also awarded Best Apartment Architectural Design, recognising the vision and design thinking behind the landmark project, alongside our project partners, Plus Studio.

The evening also saw Sterling Global Founder and CEO Neil Li named Real Estate Personality of the Year, recognising his leadership and contribution to Australia’s property industry.
