Four properties sold last month and now we’re into June, the final month of the financial year.

Winter is definitely starting to set in, with some chilly mornings across Perth, but homes like this remind me why northern orientation is so highly valued. The sunshine streaming into this final townhouse available in Subiaco creates a warm and inviting space all year round. ☀️
