Four properties sold last month and now we’re into June, the final month of the financial year.
Winter is definitely starting to set in, with some chilly mornings across Perth, but homes like this remind me why northern orientation is so highly valued. The sunshine streaming into this final townhouse available in Subiaco creates a warm and inviting space all year round. ☀️
As we head towards the second half of the year, I’d like to say a genuine thank you to all of my wonderful clients for your trust, support, referrals and repeat business. So much of my business comes from past clients introducing me to friends, family, neighbours and colleagues, and I never take that trust for granted.
I’ve always believed that real estate is a people business first. My goal is to treat every client as if they were family, providing honest advice, clear communication and working as hard as possible to achieve the best result.
