GrokBot. Finally, an AI agent that does what we want without being chained to our desks or being a software engineer.

Anyone who was doubting elonmusk in the AI race just needs to look at his track record. He thinks on a longer time horizon, orders of magnitude above most.

Whether he delivers something on time or late, it almost always creates a new category.

Over a few casual sessions working almost entirely from my phone, I've gotten more done with GrokBot in the “in-between times” that I'm not at my desk working with Claude Code, or other desktop-first tools.

I've genuinely gotten value and some of my life back, for a very marginal cost (which, in reality, is more like 10x ROI when considering the output)

if you haven't downloaded the app yet on your phone, just start there, and you'll see how intuitive the whole process is.

You don't have to be a coder for this, and you don't even really have to be a vibe coder. You just need to ask for what you want, and GrokBot will take care of it.

DeepMind had one line that rewired how I run my business:

Solve intelligence. Then use it to solve everything else.

For years that sounded like a lab problem. Then AI got good enough that it stopped being science and started being strategy.

Here is how I am applying that one idea inside a real estate business:

Solve the live buyer database, then use it to solve everything else. Remove friction in the buyer journey, then use it to remove friction everywhere else. Create value for buyers, then use it to create value for everyone else. Build buyer demand, then use it to add value to everyone else.

That is the whole pattern. Pick the one hard thing that unlocks the rest. Solve it with intelligence. Then let it cascade.
