One Nation wants the full 50% CGT discount back, and it isn't just property. Business owners and anyone with shares get it too. Property is the single biggest thing Australia owns, and one in four of us works in it or earns from it.
Whoever you vote for, make them show you the plan.

$12.9 trillion. That’s what Australian homes are worth, and One Nation just put out a plan that touches all of it.

They’ll bring back the full 50% capital gains tax discount and scrap the proposed 30% minimum tax on trusts. Negative gearing stays for up to two investment properties.

And it isn’t just property. Business owners and anyone with shares get that discount too.

I’ve spent my career building businesses in property. Property and small business are the heart and lungs of this country.

I’m not telling you who to vote for. I want every party, Labor included, to show us a clear plan now.

The flow-on effect on property markets & the prosperity of a region that comes from government spending on public infrastructure like airports, rail, universities is much bigger than people think.
