In commercial property, results come from more than simply putting a listing online. They come from relationships, market knowledge, strategic marketing, and the ability to connect the right opportunity with the right tenant, backed by a deep understanding of how to negotiate outcomes that work for all parties involved.

After remaining on the market for approximately 12 months with other agents, 1/7 Wise Street, Joondalup was successfully leased by Adam in under a month from becoming involved with the property.

Adam was able to present two formal written offers for the Landlord’s consideration, both at full asking price with no tenant incentives required.

Importantly, one of the offers came from a party not introduced through a direct enquiry, but through Adam proactively identifying the opportunity and connecting the tenant with the property.

We’d like to share that Anthony Morabito has made the decision to step away from his day-to-day role with Altegra to pursue a new direction within the property industry.

Anthony has been an important part of our wider leadership team, and his contribution and commitment have left a lasting impact on both our team and our clients.

This morning, we had the opportunity to come together as a team to celebrate Anthony’s last day with a morning tea and a small thank you for his dedication to the business during his tenure.

While we’ll certainly miss working alongside him day to day, we’re pleased this is a positive transition and look forward to continuing our relationship in a new capacity.

We wish Anthony every success in this next chapter but know he will always be part of the Altegra family.
