Recently featured in The Industrialist, EPS has been appointed as strata managers for CapPru’s recently completed Jandakot Business Park.

The appointment follows the successful sell-through of all 46 strata warehouses, representing a combined value of $42.143 million - an excellent outcome in a tightly held market.

From initial site sale through to feasibility, development advisory, marketing, sales and now ongoing management, this project reflects EPS’ end-to-end capability across the full property lifecycle.

With continued infrastructure investment and strong demand in the Jandakot precinct, we’re pleased to remain involved in supporting the asset’s long-term performance.
