The Empire Team is delighted to welcome the Owners & Residents of Mosman Apartments, 12 Murray Avenue, Mosman Park, to the Empire Strata Management family. 💚

And this one is pretty special… Strata Plan 54! 🎉

One of our lowest-numbered schemes, Mosman Apartments was registered in 1969 — making it a true piece of early WA strata history.

The REIWA Strata Forum was great opportunity to come together with industry leaders and reflect on the future of strata management in Western Australia. 🤝

Thank you to REIWA and for bringing together a select group of strata management business owners and senior leaders for the inaugural Strata Roundtable.

The open and collaborative discussions provided valuable insight into some of the key issues and opportunities facing our industry — from profitability, staffing and compliance to sustainability, AI and the evolving future of strata management in WA. 💡

A special thank you to Natalie O'Sullivan from the Macquarie Group, for sharing valuable insights from the 2026 Strata Industry Benchmarking Report, providing an important WA perspective on the performance and direction of our sector.

Thank you also to Steve Richards from Bright Connect for an informative discussion on energy efficiency in strata and the role of embedded networks, an increasingly important consideration for the future of our buildings and communities. 🌱

Most importantly, the roundtable created a valuable opportunity for insight, collaboration and open conversation among industry peers. Sharing experiences, challenging ideas and working together is essential if we are to continue strengthening and progressing the strata sector in WA.

🍪 Commonwealth spirit was alive and well at Empire today…

🇦🇺 Tim Tam or 🇬🇧 Penguin? 🍫

What started as a simple vote quickly turned into a full-blown electoral showdown, complete with strict voting rules, attempted plate swaps, voting categories, approved auditors, remote voting and some very creative interpretations of the process.

Turns out our Strata Managers are very good at navigating governance! 😂

While the verdict may still divide the office, one thing is unanimous: it’s these little moments, plenty of laughs, and a bit of friendly competition that make our team.

Everyone at Empire would like to congratulate Lillian on completing her very first Junior Sedans speedway season. We are incredibly proud to be one of the sponsors supporting such a talented, determined young driver as she chases her dreams. 💙
