Big milestone for our Annerley project in Brisbane 🌱

Acquired in 2023, construction is now complete following a successful partnership with Chapcon.

We’re currently awaiting final approval from the Queensland Department of Education.
The centre will be operated by Play Patch Early Learning, backed by Hatia Group, and will support over 100 children from birth to kindergarten.

Looking forward to opening soon and continuing these strong partnerships 🤝

This milestone marks the completion of a nearly 13-year journey to deliver a vibrant, fully serviced community for some 2,500 residents.

Ramlegh Springs Village is anchored by:

Direct Chemist Outlet
Plus 22 specialty retailers.

Together, the centre delivers over 9,000 sqm of GFA across three buildings, forming the retail heart of Ramlegh Springs.

From Surplus to Sustenance: A Shared Mission to Nourish Communities 🥘💚

Last month, the Victoria team joined forces with Foodbank Victoria, the state’s largest food relief organization, to pack 462.5 hampers and fulfill 25 charity orders — delivering over 10,746 kilos of food, equivalent to 21,459 meals for families in need. It was a powerful day of teamwork, compassion, and impact.

More recently, supporting OzHarvest Queensland, the Queensland team with the help of our amazing friends at HWLE and Saunders Havill, cooked and packed 75 meals using rescued ingredients — food that might have otherwise gone to waste. This initiative highlights the importance of food rescue in fighting both hunger and food waste.

Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and gave their time, energy, and heart.

🌟 Exciting Update from Somerfield! 🌟

We are thrilled to announce that the bulk earthworks and retaining walls at Somerfield are now complete! This significant milestone transforms the site from raw land into a prepared foundation, ready for the next stage of construction.

With the earthworks finished, the layout of future roads, lots, and key community spaces is now taking shape.

Next up, we will be installing underground services and civil works, paving the way for the construction of roads, footpaths, and streetscaping. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to build the future of Somerfield! 🏗️🌳

It was a pleasure to attend the UDIA Victoria State Conference this month, with our Director and Founder Brad Paddon joining the panel to delve into the ways in which the urban development industry is shaping the future of our state.

In a world facing significant economic and environmental challenges, it was enlightening to understand the latest trends in sustainable development and understand how the Victorian Government plans to address the housing crisis.

Our commitment to delivering thriving communities for future generations is more than just a promise – it’s what drives us to create places where people can flourish, and we’re just getting started.

Big things are happening at The Base Craigieburn.

Construction on Precinct 2 is well underway with panels and steel 50% installed by Balo.

Marking the first Large Format Retail precinct at The Base, Precinct 2 comprises over 13,000m2 of NLA across 3ha. Planned to open later this year, three tenancies remain ranging 900m2 – 1,800m2.

In Precinct 3, tenant handovers are underway, keeping us on track to open mid-July this year. Precinct 3 was built by Quadrant Building.

This month saw construction finish at Montview Park, which once open, will provide Ripley locals a welcoming new place to play and unwind.
