This milestone marks an important step forward for what will be a transformational $250M precinct in the heart of Caloundra, delivering new residential living, tourism accommodation and activated hospitality spaces within the town centre.

🏆 RCQ Wins National Master Builder Award!

RCQ Projects is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner’s National Excellence in Workplace Health and Safety Award at the 2025 Master Builders Australia National Excellence Awards.

This year, RCQ was recognised for our industry-leading mental health initiative, which saw the successful rollout of a proactive psychosocial hazard management framework across every part of our business. All construction staff received specialised mental health training, and our approach went above and beyond the new Psychosocial Code of Practice—setting a new benchmark for cultural commitment to safety, wellbeing, and resilience.

The national ceremony, held in Adelaide on 28 November, celebrated RCQ’s dedication to building a strong, people-first safety culture. Our team represented us proudly on the night, showcasing the professionalism and passion that defines RCQ.

This achievement reflects the collaboration and commitment of our entire team—from site crews through to leadership—and we couldn’t be prouder.

A special thanks to Tony Wilson and Adam Styles from RCQ for their dedication to this project and to the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner.
