Benchmark prices across the Fraser Valley have dropped significantly year-over-year:
🔹 Single-family detached: $1,366,500 (-7.9% YoY)
🔹 Townhomes: $769,500 (-7.6% YoY)
🔹 Condos/Apartments: $483,800 (-8.8% YoY)
With 10,140 active listings and a buyer’s market in full effect (sales-to-listings ratio at just 11%), buyers with existing equity have a rare window to move into larger homes that were out of reach just a few years ago.
