What are my duties as your Realtor®?

People often see the showings, the "For Sale" signs, the key exchanges, and the "Sold" posts. But those moments are only a small part of what I do.

Behind every successful transaction are countless hours of work that often go unseen.

🏡 Coordinating inspections, financing, appraisals, lawyers, trades, walkthroughs, and ensuring everything stays on track through closing.
🏡 Solving problems, managing deadlines, and keeping my clients informed every step of the way.

I'm also continually investing in my business by taking courses, staying current on legislation, legal forms, contracts, and industry changes. I attend conferences, training sessions, and networking events with Realtors® and industry professionals across Ontario and Canada so I can continue providing the highest level of service.
