Choosing a community / neighbourhood is kind of like picking where to stay on vacation.

Some people want to be right in the middle of everything, and others want somewhere quiet with lots of space.

Neither one is better, it just depends on what kind of experience you want.

Neighbourhoods work basically the same way. Every area in Simcoe County has different amenities and vibes.

Before you fall in love with a listing, it helps to figure out what kind of neighborhood will work best for your day-to-day life.
