Caledon Market Update • April 2026 📊

The Caledon market is continuing to shift toward a more balanced pace this spring.

Here are a few key highlights from April:

✔️ Sales were up 13.85% compared to April last year
✔️ Homes are taking longer to sell — average days on market increased from 26 to 38 days
✔️ Active listings decreased slightly by 4.49%
✔️ Average sale prices were down 20.40% year over year
✔️ Current inventory sits at 5.5 months
