As the snow settles in, so does the pace of the Muskoka real estate market — but don’t mistake quiet for inactive.

📉 Sales dropped for both waterfront and non-waterfront homes

💰 Prices are mixed — with some BIG jumps in luxury waterfront pockets

⏳ Days on market DOUBLED for many listings = more room to negotiate

🔹 Non-Waterfront Snapshot:
• Sales down by nearly half (39 vs. 73)
• Median price up slightly to $659K
• New listings cut in half = less selection, more waiting

🔹 Waterfront Snapshot:
• Median price up to $1.16M
• But homes are sitting 86 days on average
• Muskoka Lakes saw the highest median at $2.84M
