Start with a layer of crispy tortilla chips, then pile on tender shredded turkey, chunks of roasted sweet potato, a little mashed potato, savoury stuffing, and dried cranberries. Drizzle with warm turkey gravy and heat until everything is deliciously warm.

👩‍🍳 Dee Dee’s Tip: For a different spin on this dish, swap the tortilla chips for crispy wonton chips! They add a wonderful light crunch and are just as delicious.
