🏡 SOLD in 23 Days! 🥂
They say every house has a story, but this one? It had a full-blown saga!
I am so incredibly excited to announce that this beautiful home is officially SOLD. But let’s be real - getting to the finish line wasn’t a walk in the park.
The Challenge:
Before we even hit the market, there was a mountain of research and education to climb. This property was involved in a complex retaining wall lawsuit, which meant we had to know every detail inside and out.
While the home saw a ton of interest, we also faced a lot of rejection because of that wall. Some saw a deal-breaker, but I saw a challenge I knew we could overcome!
