The stats for the month of May are out! Where are the buyers?? Home sales in the region saw a 3.5% decrease compared to the total amount of sales in May 2025. The number of listings increased by 7.6% compared to this time last year. Given the demand & supply going in opposite directions, home prices for all residential properties throughout Metro Vancouver has decreased 6.2% over May 2025, according to the GVR.
