The Bank of Canada has maintained its overnight rate at 2.25%, as Canada’s economy continues to show signs of improvement. 🇨🇦📈

📊 GDP grew 3.3% in Q2
👷 Unemployment edged down to 6.4% in July
📉 Inflation excluding gasoline was 2.2%
🎯 Core inflation remains close to the Bank’s 2% target

While higher oil prices and renewed tariffs could create challenges, the Bank continues to monitor economic conditions and remains prepared to adjust its policy if needed.
