In a span of 5 years, we went from flipping $200,000 condos in Abbotsford to selling our $2,000,000 project in Vancouver.

Consistency compounds when you have business partners who believe in your numbers, your vision, and the bigger picture. What starts as a small play can turn into something much greater with the right people, the right mindset, and the discipline to keep finding opportunities.

Excited to see where the next 5 years take us. Maybe it’s time to start building.

When we originally purchased this property, a lot of people on Instagram doubted the deal. The comments said it was a teardown and that there was nothing we could do to bring it back to life. We saw it differently, and we love a challenge!
