In B.C., Realtors have strict agency and representation obligations. If you’re already working with another Realtor on a deal, I can’t just jump in, review your contract, negotiate your deal, or start giving you transaction-specific advice.

It’s not about being rude - it’s about respecting agency relationships and staying compliant with B.C. real estate rules.

So if your cousin is your realtor, then it’s simple, your cousin is your realtor!
