Here’s a quick snapshot of what happened in November:

🏡 Year-to-Date Sales:
3,684 homes sold so far in 2025 — just a 2% decrease from last year (78 fewer transactions).

💰 Average Home Price:
$395,777 in November (only $2,172 lower than the previous month), showing continued price stability even with slower sales.

📈 Total Sales Volume:
$1.3 billion sold so far in 2025 — a 3% increase over the same period in 2024.

📋 New Listings:
380 new listings in November — a 1% decrease year-over-year, though overall 2025 listing activity remains up 6% with 6,562 homes listed this year.

📊 Total Active Listings:
2,074 homes on the market at the end of November — down 157 from October, but still reflecting a year of expanded inventory.

⏱️ Average Days on Market:
89 days — homes are still selling but buyers are taking their time.

📉 List-to-Sale Ratio:
Now at 68%, signaling a continued shift toward a more balanced market.
