With the framing complete on our Hosmer project, the team made quick work of getting the home weatherproofed with our Loewen Windows and Doors and Rothoblaas North America smart air barrier.

With meeting BC’s Step Code requirements we upgraded our baseline air barrier to a smart moisture building wrap. It essentially acts like Gore-Tex where it allows moisture to dissipate through the wall, keeping the home dry and healthy.
