The moment they walked through the front door, you could see it on their faces. The space, the layout, the location. Everything they’d been hoping for, all in one place. I’ve known Emily for a few years now so when she reached out to help her and Ivan find their next home, it meant a lot to me.

I still remember the first time we ever connected. That feels like a long time ago now. We took our time, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.

We toured home after home, some came close but nothing felt right. They never settled, and I loved that about them.

Then we walked into this one. Move-in ready, everything they had been hoping for. I could see it on their faces before they even said a word.

Watching them hold those keys for the first time, knowing how long they waited and how far they came to get here, that is the part of my job that no amount of paperwork or late-night emails could ever take away.

$86 million in real estate sold in 3.5 years.
In a small, tight-knit community.

I don't usually post like this but I need to say something.

This number isn't about real estate.
It's about what happens when you decide not to quit on yourself.

Nobody sees the beginning.
The early mornings. The self-doubt. The days you show up with nothing left and do it anyway.

I've had those days. The 2am ones, when the house is quiet and the doubt is loud.

But here's what I know now that I didn't know then:

You don't need to feel ready. You need to start.
You don't need everyone to believe in you. You need to believe in yourself a little longer than feels comfortable.
You don't need a big moment. You need a thousand small ones nobody posts about.

I've told this to so many people: those choices compound over time.
