Some SOLD signs mean a little more. ❤️🏡

I met these sellers years ago through our kids, when they first started school and quickly became best friends. Somehow, despite both being from the same place in Ontario, we didn’t meet until life brought us all the way to Fort McMurray. Funny how that happens!

This street also holds a special place in my heart because I once lived just a few doors down, long before they called it home.

When we discussed the list price, I’ll admit I was hesitant. Their home was truly one of a kind compared to what had previously sold, which made it harder to predict exactly how the market would respond. My sellers believed in the value of their home, and they were right.

Now the SOLD sign is up, and they’re heading into their next adventure!

Today, these wonderful clients officially say goodbye to a home they cared for so beautifully, and hello to the dream home they’ve been working toward. 🥹❤️

And I have to give credit where credit is due… these sellers were an absolute DREAM to work with.

Their home was always show home ready. Every. Single. Time. It was beautifully decorated, incredibly well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for every showing. They took so much pride in their home, and it showed in every little detail.
