Happy Mother’s Day to all of the incredible women who show up with love, patience, strength, and care in all the different ways motherhood can look. 💛

Today we celebrated our moms and the leading lady of our crew and attempted a Mother’s Day picnic that quickly turned into us chasing plates and airborne butter lids through 45 km winds. 😂 Mother nature made sure we knew it was her day too.

Despite the chaos, it was a great day together.

I'm so excited for my Buyer! We spent some time looking around, figuring out what made the most sense, and landed on a great move-in ready home in Silverpointe.

After renting for the last while, they decided it was time to invest in something of their own and put down some roots.

We looked at a few places before finding the right one — a solid manufactured home with updates that checked all the boxes.

This one feels extra special.

I had the privilege of helping some really good friends sell their home, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they step into their next chapter. Now they get to take a breath, kick their feet up, and watch their new build come together.

We hit the market on a Friday after the home was professionally cleaned and absolutely *pristine* for showings. They headed out of town for the weekend… and the showings did not disappoint. Multiple offers and a busy Saturday later, we accepted an offer over asking! 🎉

What made this one stick a little more was knowing the home was being passed on to people with a similar pace of life, which made it feel like the right fit all around.
