Well…..
We made it! 🤩

-- My clients have officially traded their Countryside North home in for a stunning acreage just outside of town!

Not all real estate transactions are a straight shot, sometimes it's many detours, back roads and some pot holes. But we've made it to the finish line, and my clients are currently unboxing their new life on the acreage. I am so insanely excited for them.

A huge congratulations to my wonderful Buyer on her new condo in Inverness Estates! 🤍

🏠SOLD! 🗝️

This one was cool. My buyers fell in love with this home the second they saw it. It wasn't about finding a house anymore, it was about finding a way to make this house theirs. After a few challenges and a whole brick wall (outside our control), I got to make a really, really, really fun phone call.
