Patience was definitely needed with this property! Commercial transactions typically take much longer than residential sales, and financing can be more complex, with lenders often requiring buyers to jump through many more hoops.

That being said, this property is now SOLD! 🎉

The business which operated here was Borstad Relocation Systems, and in Grande Prairie, the Borstad name has a long and respected history in the moving industry.
In 1953, Elmer Borstad, along with his father Cloff and brother Roy, founded Borstad Cartage. Elmer later went on to serve Grande Prairie as an alderman, mayor and MLA.
Over the years, there have been several different owners associated with the Borstad Cartage name.
I was honoured to represent the current owners in the sale of this property. Even more rewarding, I was able to connect them with Frontier Security Services, a growing local business which needs more space.
I’m super happy for both the Sellers and Buyers as they make significant transitions with their respective businesses.

I’m so excited for Megan Belcourt & Ty Cluett.
Megan is a great friend of my daughter, and she’s always felt like part of our family. Helping them find the right home made this one especially meaningful.
I believe every Client deserves to be treated like family. If I wouldn’t want my own kids to buy a particular property, I wouldn’t recommend it to my Clients either.
