More than a decade ago, Arkell Lofts made its mark in Guelph.

Completed in 2015, this community of 32 urban townhomes earned recognition for its distinctive design, including the 2015 OHBA Award for Most Outstanding Attached Multi-Unit Design and GDHBA Most Outstanding Medium Density Design in 2013 and 2014.

Today, Arkell Lofts remains a memorable part of our 25-year journey of building homes and communities in Guelph and surrounding communities.

A look back at where our South River community began.

The Roslyn was our first designer model home at South River in Elora. Completed in 2022, it went on to earn two GHHBA Awards, winning Most Outstanding Production Home and Most Outstanding New Home Kitchen.

Three years later, The Roslyn continues to be one of our most celebrated homes in the community and is available to build on our remaining extra-deep lots, offering the opportunity to make this design your own.
