After 29 years of saving and dreaming of home ownership, our happy buyer got the keys to his very first home today! ❤️ 🥂🏡🥳

It was a great honour to be part of his first real estate journey, from our initial conversation in October, working through the mortgage pre approval process, viewing several properties and then finding the perfect spot that met all his wants and needs (and was below budget)! Fast forward to today, I was touched to witness the emotions that come with the key exchange and walking in to Home Sweet Home. 🏡

Congratulations to our seller - we’ve had a successful and long-awaited closing day today!🥂

So many people believe selling a home is as easy as sticking a sign in the lawn, getting some photos and posting it on the internet.

But until you are in the selling role, in reality there is so much that goes on behind the scenes and sometimes unexpected events happen leading up to closing day; such as failed offers, buyers backing out, multiple home inspections, furnace and appliance failures, lost keys, unexpected expenses, the endless purging and packing - and all you want is to move out and move on.

Really late with this news…but still such a nice way to wrap up the year! It is with immense joy to announce to everyone that Victoria Brombal is going to join me in 2025 as a licensed Realtor! 🥂🍾🙌

Victoria has spent the last 11 months completing all the required courses and training (while working full time, planning a wedding, being a fiancé, a dog mom and moving!) and has officially graduated.

I’m thrilled to have my daughter team up with me while she builds her own real estate business. It’s only going to make me a better Realtor and I can share my experience and knowledge with her too.

🔥 Hot new price for this lovely freehold townhouse!

This 3-bedroom home is so cheerful and bright it would be such a joy to come home to every day.

Not all things go smoothly or as expected in the real estate market. We had a great offer in the first few days and the buyer failed to secure financing. So we lost a lot of traction and are now needing to make a price correction to find new interest with the time that has passed. Disappointing for sure but it happens. So now we continue to move forward and remain positive!

There is a buyer out there for this fantastic home!
