POV: this could be you by summer.

Those who act decisively are the ones who spend the warmer months settled in their new home rather than still searching.

If you’re considering a move this spring or summer, here are two key points to bear in mind:

1. Take the time to explore a variety of properties and neighbourhoods, ideally at different times of day so you can properly envisage your life in each setting.

2. Create a list of your needs/wants for your new property. Rank them, then refine your list to the top five. From there, prioritise again to establish your three non-negotiables. The remaining two still matter, but they should be seen as desirable additions.
