A few before and afters for a recent project we did for August16Development Ltd. This house was taken down to the bare bones and rebuilt over 4 months. Our own crews can do the carpentry, plumbing, landscape, gutters and we use our amazing sub trade partners for anything we can’t do.

It’s amazing watching something that many thought would have to be knocked down turned into a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom home for a family to live in.

We are full up for October 1 Estimate bookings but if you are looking for an interior renovation this winter call, text or message us on Facebook because we have opened up an additional Estimate Day for Saturday Dec 5.

We are highlighting our past bathroom renovations. These are not stock photos but our actual work. We are also familiar with NS Housing grants for accessible tubs and showers. We have a Red Seal Plumber on staff, skilled Carpenters, and an amazing Painter that has extreme attention to detail. No waiting around for sub-trades we can do it all for you start to finish!

11 years ago today we launched JPPA. It’s been a wild ride thus far full of ups and downs but we are so happy with the company we have built. We are thankful to everyone who has supported us and trusted us with their property. We never thought we would grown to have Landscape, Construction and Plumbing Divisions but here we are. We also didn’t think we would be taking part in a research study either. 💚

Over the next year there will be changes as we work to better support affordable housing in our community. Keep following along - we thank you so much for your support! 🏡
