Same… but it wasn’t lol.

The first offer we accepted actually fell apart the next morning … buyers got cold feet 🫠

That’s usually where things start to go sideways… back to square one, momentum gone.

But not for us. 🤭

Fortunately, we knew there were other people interested, so I called their agent and got a backup offer lined up - within minutes of losing our first deal, we had a new one accepted.

From the outside it looks smooth.
Behind the scenes, it’s just being ready for things to not go to plan.😅
