I spent a lot of years thinking success in real estate meant choosing.

You either build the big business, make the money and chase the goals…

or you slow down and actually have a life.

I don’t believe that anymore.

I think I can have the big months and the slow mornings.

I can be really fu***ng good at real estate AND be there for all the hockey games, the afternoons at home and all the ordinary little moments that are going way too fast.

I don’t want less success.

I just want to build it differently.

Because maybe the answer isn’t walking away from real estate.

Maybe it’s realizing there’s another way to do it. ❤️

JUST SOLD 🏡 | 5280 69th Ave NE, Salmon Arm

This one was extra special because these sellers are past clients who chose to trust me again with their family members property, truly some of the loveliest people to work with. 🤍

So happy we were able to get this one SOLD and get everyone onto whatever comes next!

Your Realtor isn’t there to agree with you.

They’re there to give you the advice, strategy and market knowledge you’re paying them for, even when it’s not what you wanted to hear.

Ask questions. Push back. Make them explain the why.

But hire someone you actually trust enough to listen to.

This one is probably going to ruffle some feathers… 😂

But there is no way in hell I’m ever telling on another agent! This industry is already crazy enough! The last thing we need is to be throwing each other under the bus!

Steal my client?
I probably wasn’t doing that great of a job keeping them.

Miserable to deal with?
Maybe you’re having a bad day. Or week. Or fu***ng month.

Screw something up and make my job 10x harder?
Cool. We’re human. S**t happens.

Never answer your phone, don’t confirm the showing, and suddenly the house is sold and my clients think they lost their dream home, and somehow it’s now MY fault?

😂 F**k it. Tomorrow’s a new day.

Running around looking for reasons to tell on other Realtors…

No thanks.

Obviously, I’m not talking about serious unethical s**t that actually harms a client.

I’m talking about Realtors tattling on Realtors over petty bulls**t. It happens WAY too often!

And I swear there are TWO types of agents who absolutely LOVE doing it:

1. Insecure agents.
2. Broke agents.

And there seems to be a suspicious amount of overlap. 😂

Put your head down.

Take care of your clients.

Make your money.

And mind your business.😂
