It’s fun to play around with designs without needing to download individual photos, and then put them in a separate app. Might become obsolete in three days, but it’s great for now. :-) haha 😆

CCIM is the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation which requires an incredible amount of bookwork, practical work, and multiple year commitment to obtain! Besides having his own investment portfolio, and working in joint ventures for the past decade, Zach is also a “numbers guy” previously holding a securities ticket but MOST importantly he is a caring husband and father. Zach is so awesome, that even superheroes 🦸‍♂️ vouch for him !!! 😝 proud of you Zach!

The team always puts on a great parade float! It was fun to be part of it, and witnessing so many smiles on children’s faces (and the faces of the older children, we call “adults”, who choose to keep that part of themselves thriving !)

🍂 not only the fish, but the humans are hunkering down for winter. Blowing out sprinklers, raking leaves and getting ready for likely an even slower couple real estate months than we’ve seen this summer through the end of September.
