Our professional Realtor (R) association has purchased the use of a design feature on our listings! Free use for our clients! It’s fun to play around with designs without needing to download individual photos, and then put them in a separate app. Might become obsolete in three days, but it’s great for now. :-) haha 😆

CCIM is the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation which requires an incredible amount of bookwork, practical work, and multiple year commitment to obtain! Besides having his own investment portfolio, and working in joint ventures for the past decade, Zach is also a “numbers guy” previously holding a securities ticket but MOST importantly he is a caring husband and father.
